
Stephen J. Rodman
Stephen’s practice includes litigation, real estate, family law, business law, corporate law, and estate administration. Stephen works with and advises large real estate developers and a variety of entrepreneurs and has served as a mediator in family law matters. His work includes advising on complex financing transactions, negotiating franchise documents, and consulting with clients on the sale of businesses and related real estate.
Stephen is a past president of Congregation Shalom in Chelmsford and, in his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family. A 1993 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1996 graduate of The George Washington University Law School, Stephen is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars and is licensed to appear before state and federal courts.
