Our attorneys have served as private mediators, allowing them to use their knowledge of family law to assist couples in resolving matters through mediation rather than litigation. In private mediation, we work with both parties to a divorce, seeking input from both sides to achieve an acceptable outcome. In addition, we represent and advise individuals as they negotiate the terms of their divorce before another mediator.
